I grabbed the files from your Drive link (thank you!) but this isn’t my area of expertise and I’m trying to get my DS-1 to communicate with my 2019 Macbook Pro (Catalina).

MemberHi, y’all.
I’m new here and I’m so sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this. But…
I’m trying to get a DS-1 connected to my 2019 Macbook Pro (running 10.15.7 Catalina) for use with some audio and video projects. So far, just connecting it via USB-C hub gets no response at all on either end. I probably need to update the firmware, correct?
I found the Drive link from one of you with the update files, etc., but I don’t know what to do with them.
Any guidance would be MUCH appreciated. And again, sorry if this isn’t the appropriate place for this. Feel free to point me to some other place.
Thanks so so so much!
